Joe & Trish founded City Light Ministries in 1992. They have three grown children; Kyle (wife Lindsay), Ethan, and Zachary. They also have three grandchildren; Kamryn, Brady, Joseph, and Macklin. Joe is a licensed and ordained minister with the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. When asked about his favorite trait of City Light, Joe responds: “I like that City Light picks up where the church leaves off. CLM is down in the trenches, meeting those marginalized by society, yet seeking hope in Jesus Christ.”
Youth Director
Ramon leads our wonderful after-school and summer camp programs. Originally from Pottstown, Ramon moved to Reading during his childhood. He and his wife, Wanda, are blessed with six children; Javier, Kaela, Malachi, Leilani, Ramon III, and Solomon. What inspires his work at City Light? Ramon says, “I love how Pastor Joe uses ‘one man plants, one man waters, but only God makes it grow’ in lessons.
